HP-700 High Pressure Pump / Homogenizer

 |
The FES HP-700 is a sanitary reciprocating high pressure pump comprised of three plungers, ball valves or poppet valves and replaceable valve seats. The product contact components are manufactured of special stainless steel alloy materials to withstand high pressures and provide long dependable service. The pump is designed for production capacities in the range of 150 to 2,900 gph. Each pump is mounted on an epoxy painted steel frame (adjustable stainless feet) with a stainless shroud and cover. The HP-700 power train consists of a high-strength alloy crankshaft, gear reducer and a belt / pulley / motor drive. The HP-700 pump can be fitted with options including a pressure relief valve, homogenizing valve, hand operated adjustment wheel, pneumatically operated actuator, variable speed VFD drive, and a pressure transmitter. The FES HP-700 pump is used on spray dryers, as an homogenizer, a cell disruption device, a feed pump for viscous products and many other applications that require high pressure. |
